Got to drain down a large empty building next week, all the toilet's and kitchen areas have instantaneous water heaters under the sinks/basins.If I fully drain these units and leave them drained/empty could it cause damage to them over a period of time? All electric is off to building.....

they are better empty especially this time of year because of frost, so yar drain or partially drain,  |

Cheers tom👍 come to think about it there's no drain cock underneath them,at least I don't think so,do you have to fully take out and tip them upside down to get water out?
