This is an old cottage flats that was refurbed about 12 yrs ago, what I don't understand is they raised the tanks up and gained next to fuck all. smiley-sad056 nay

the other week i went to change an immersion heater, the twat who fitted the cylinder put the immersion heater at the back, it was a fortic, i had to drain down the cylinder, change the heater and adjust all the pipework so its the right way round,
Who would do a thing like that??, they were teckintpiss good style, smiley-taunt005 show bum

One house we had it was a new build many moons ago, the toss pot plumber who fitted the tank did not have a gasket for the immersion heater so the sick bastard used mastic .............. fortunately we never needed to change it  |

I agree, i needed a fork lift truck to move this fucker today,, I wondered why the bloke who fitted did't use the fixing bracket, then i found out, its so heavy you'll never lift it over them, He'd just siliconed the covers over the holes,  |
