I've got another plumb job but it's an Indian landlord. I did a job last year for her & all was ok. Tenant says toilet not flushing in 1st flush so it's the pressure valve!! Ok. I'll have a look. Couple other jobs there too.
He said the spotlights in the bathroom are illegal & so he wants them changed. I looked on the internet & both 240 & 12v are ok so it seems this knob tenant knows eff all!
I'll be back about the toilet if I'm unsure but I can change a syphon.

I got another today,,A job i did in Febuary 2016,, the taps started leaking says the client, So I'll have to go and have a butchers at that next week, spoop_birdpoop_100-1012 bird shit That's plumbing for ya.  |

Its a twat digging out the invoice and taking the stuff back, they give you a replacement but its hard work getting any cash out of them for the time and labour,, smiley-sad056 nay

I had one Tom.
Indian wanted new bath taps fitting, I remember it as it was my first job! Anyway, he wanted the cheapest wickes had.
All fitted, got my money & pissed off.
Had an email a year later they were leaking or dropping & he wanted them off & exchanged under 12 month warranty.
Fuck I thought, it's just grief. I looked in my diary before replying to him, bingo, the job was just over the year.
I sent the twat an email, saying yes I remembered him, he wanted the cheapest crap available. I told him the date of fitting & yes I can do the job. I said the taps were out of warranty but if he bought more I'd swap them, for £150 or something stupid. I loved it. He thought he had me & I dreaded it. He thought if was going to be a new set of taps fitted for free. No thank you.

then they look over it time and time again, try and try, test and test, ask again and again for money off, then start saying maybe i can get you more work etc etc, they take forever to pay,,,,,time is money, Yes i'll give them a quote but its double what anyone else will get, and i won't budge on the final pay out,
