Hello So I looked at the plumb jobs earlier. The toilet needs a flush valve so that should be fine. The rad is microbore & seems to be weeping slightly from the bottom bleed nipple or the place where the tail enters the rad. Pics attached.

that rad leak is one of those stupid drain off valves, its designed so a hose pipe fits on it but first you have to get the cap off, It unscrews and when the cap flys off followed by gushing water you have to get the hose pipe on quick style, To help a bit turn both rad valves off first to minimize the gush, then change it for a new one, dust sheets, rags,towels and bowl essential,
