Looks great on new shiny taps but I'd like to see it in operation on 30 year old rusted to f@@k crosshead taps!

I've just watched it it works good but I've never needed one, In that situation i use a spanner and a pair of stillies and if that wont get um, " sorry love you need new taps anyway" there's no profit in changing tap washers, I do it for mates and family but mostly I've not got time for changing washers,

Its a bit of a ball to set up but it does crack open stubborn valves. If you're happy with it endfeed and it works well for you then that's the main thing, I've never used or needed one but it seems to do the job mate.

yea to be honest its a gismo, you'd have to change a lot of tap washers to get that back, but on the plus side whenever your struggling with something and you've got an extra tool that will help, it will get you out of the shit, A plumber never has enough tools, I'm always buying stuff that i think will come in handy, Its what we do, A plumber always gets the job done some way or another, and that's why, we have the tools,

That kit looks good pb. I used to be on aids and adaptations at work and have to swap taps over to lever taps some times could be a right pain in the ass to get to. That kit would have been ideal mate...

I bought the monument stiiffnuts set a few years ago still never used it as Tom said I just use stillys and a 17mm wrench and pull together if that fails new taps required. im the same always buying stuff that I will/may need just bought an inspection camera from screwfix £75 I must be mad!
