Is there a certain height dergo valves have to termanate inside a room one bog two basins??

no, its just that if the drain blocks it will overflow from the dergo, so if it never blocks, there's no problem,

I see these under sinks. Now, they're never higher than the sink waste.
I take it Tom that when you say higher than the highest waste (basin), does that only apply if the waste is plumbed into the run with the durgo?

they have brought out some newer versions now that can be installed lower, So under the sink its probably one of the low type or bad plumbing,

I have't seen one under a sink and i can't image why anyone would put one there, are you sure its not just an anti vac trap rocket

Ive done this set up under my sink rocky,because the plumbing was bad when washing machine was on water was sucking out sink trap!! The kitchen stunk to high heaven!! Put a mcalpine a.a.v on, same as pic,and happy days😀 the dergo valve i asking tom about was the one for on a 110mm pipe,i just found out its the new type that can be at low level from flow plast..

I've seen them in bathrooms behind boxing
I fixed one once by taking the top off & putting it back on
£60 thx
