thats a thing we often hear,
Last week I'd just finished and been paid for a job fixing a toilet, as i'm going out the lady asked, " oh can you just look at the sink its dripping underneath"
So I obliged her, the drip was coming from the trap, so i did a quick nip up and said there you are, thanks good bye,
5 o clock she rang me, " that sink is still dripping", anyway I called back the following day and tryed ptfe, no, i took off the waste and siliconed it,,no I was there nearly half an hour and finaly said there;s summut up here missus I can't fix it, she said,
" yea I know my husband's had a go as well",,that information would have been handy before i started, anyrode I got a new waste ( special order) its a franke type and a new trap and charged £50,,,should have seen her boat race, the franke waste was £22 the trap £6 so that left only £20 for me struggling and running around.
she did pay but I could see she was expecting me to say, " its ok love it was't much "
