I buy nothing else, cheap,well packaged, good looking and my plumbers merchants can't get them lower priced, the only drawback is if you need a lot and want them delivered. parcelforce fucks up more times than i can count, So always pick up from the store, |

with all the technology they have now, it should not happen, but it happens all too often and its annoying when you wait in and it doest come, a wasted day, Its the overworked drivers i think, they're paid by the drop, not by the hour, so they can work all day and still not achieve minimum rate pay, so they lose a couple of items and pretend they've been lost/unloaded/wrongly tagged etc, thats my view, any drivers on here tonight  ?? |

I've tracked orders before and it flags up customer not in (ERM yes we are) or couldn't find address. blind been left in porch (I haven't got one). Like you said Tom its wasted time, they ask you to be there so sign for it and no fucker turns up.  |

Well the courier that's never let me down is that DPD - I find there system works first class,all the rest have turned me over in some shape or form. If I had to rate my worst it would have to be the old City Link what a pack of twats, they used to have one man driving around in a car pushing cards through your door knowing this would meet their delivery requirement but one day I caught him and he said it's just my job to deliver cards not parcels - beat that for being a twat, they didn't even try to deliver the parcel but tried to imply you weren't in when they tried to deliver. smiley-chores017 chop |
