Oddly enough I lost my yellow grips last week as well tom  , one of the best pairs I've ever had (had them over 8 years too). I used them to try and clip in some guttering in but left them on top of a neighbours bin, I realised 1/2 hour later so thought I was in with a good chance of getting them back but when I got back to the house a car was now on the drive and the grips gone! Really mad at myself. Hope they get some good use out of them. I've seen some fat-max ones on a local market PB, so I'll have a look at them and the price (I don't want to be spending a fortune on them only for someone to put them away in a draw (never to be used again) when you accidentally leave them behind on a job). |

I've spent £ssssss over the years in replacing tools, this last pair i know where i left them, I called back to ask for them and they said, " no we have't seen them", they never even looked, If i go back for any other work, there's be an extra £20 on the bill, smiley-confused002asak2

You'll probably find the Stanley fatmax ones are the same tappy but they are push button selected.  |

I didn't make it to that market today (busy day). I noticed these though on screwfix www.screwfix.com/p/irwin-vice-grip-10-groove-joint-pliers/49686 They are in my price remit and Irwin are of a good name in tools,right? |
