I'd promiced to call and give a price to a custerd at 9.30am this morning, On the way there i got an emergency call from a regular, water coming through cieling, she'd had a carpet fitted, the carpet fitted had knocked some nails in loose boards and guess what???, the water did't show till hed gone, anyrode I diverted to the urgent job, while i'm there fixing the nailed pipe my fone goes, Its the house i should have been at, I explained the situation but he was very aggitated and started swearing at me, So i just turned the fone off, I was going to go after I'd finished but not now, and the bonus was the regular was so pleased I came striaght there she gave me an extra £20,,  |

I blame television I do, they watch all these jeremy kyle shite and think its real, It might work on a tv show but real life is differant, also multimedia, keyboard warriors, they type stuff to people that they would not say to someone face to face, I guarrantee he would not have spoke to me face to face like he did on the phone, probbly making a 'show' for his wife, wanker,,, smiley-finger005

I suppose everyone thinks that their job is the most important.
We have jobs categorised in order of importance ie gutter leak is a 16 week repair whilst a toilet leak is a same day repair.
So if the custard pisses on the floor, or if like today a cistern has heavy condensation on it we have to attend both the same day!

wish i had a penny for everyone of those I've had, funny how its never noticed till the day after you've done a job in the house, could be nowhere near the bog but the day after its, " it never did it before" how I fuckin hate that phrase,,, sad 1

I'll have a good look at it dry it off flush it a few times then say..."Look, I can't find a leak on it, it's more than likely to be condensation, the more I flush it more cold water goes into the cistern then the more it condenses and the wetter it gets".
"Wait until the warm weather arrives and if it's still wet then I'll have another look at it.
That will normally do the trick.
