I've beed mending fencing today, I managed to 'repair' BB style the blown out fences, That will do till the next storm and hopefully I'll have a more considerate neighbour when that happens, With a bit of luck, A new neigbour will move in and replace the whole fence as a gesture of cementing good feelings towards me,If he/she don't, I get the guitars/keyboards/amps out every night at 11pm ish,,, smiley-music023 piano

It has a leak on the heating endfeed so the boiler shuts out, its the place a put some leak sealer in to tide them over at the Christmas period which it did and now the leak is getting worse. I've had the floor up in the bar area and the restaurant and narrowed it down to a corridor which is concrete floor with expensive tiles on top. I've told them I can run some pipe work through a void in the ceiling and drop feed the rads and bypass what is under the floor......I am awaiting clearance on that . smiley-talk002 3 amigos

They may look into a leak detection company that will pinpoint the spot,,,it will come down to which option is cheapest and I'm super busy so I'll not be fussed if I don't do it .

How good and accurate are the leak detection people PB? I've never came across anyone in our area who offers such a service.

Fixing the fence tomorrow if it's dry, 6 posts gone, bought concrete repair spurs today & postcrete in wickes, paid & left, got home & they only charged me for one bag instead of 6!!! Next door is rented so I told the Indian landlord he's gotta fix it. I told him I'd do it at cost & he could have my trade discount!! I said the materials were £350. He transferred the money, they cost me £147. Nice earner but it'll be a hard day digging & breaking out concrete. It's gotta be done so better I earn than some immigrant pole
