I went to a local job on the way home a guy in my village, he says "plug hole is leaking on my bath and probably only take you five minutes".  I said nothing takes five minutes " dickhead". I went in there and the bath panel is all tongue and grove and tiled up to, the screw that holds the plug hole together has lost its thread and come adrift. smiley-sad056 nay I said I'll have to take all that paneling off for access and he says I thought you'd have a trick to avoid that, twat.  I said I ain't a fucking magician !!! kick-in-the-balls |

they think we have a magic wand, Well we are good but not that good, I hate it when they say, " its something and nothing", or " it will only take you 5 mins" meaning they just want to pay a tenner,,,no fuckin chance pal smiley-sad056 nay

My experience/record with those panels is not good, the joiner loves punching the panel pins right home, resulting in the wood splitting and making it a difficult finish without a trip to buy a full length of wood.
Yes, the plumbing part is quick but everything else is against you. Then the customers says can't you do nothing about the colour match of the new wooden section. sad 1

The trouble I found here is they tucked the T&G under the bath lip and then tiled the floor up to it. I got the multi cutter out and cut the tongue off and cut the bottom off at tile height so I could remove a section. |
