I don't see the point of it as once its crimped together its non dismountable at least speedfit and copper is much more universal, and them fucking great crimping tools you need means more gear to lug about. It will fuck the diyer that wants to do a bit off plumbing at home unless he is prepared to buy the tools. r_YU1yvrdxzyzo1stXVb diy
The new bread of jack the lad plumbers will be all over it because they think it is cool ! smiley-finger005
I think I got out of the wrong side of bed too. P8pACUU_eHpEO2kJIX4Cbedtime

I've never seen it installed anywhere but their reference to hydraulic swaged fitting means they'll be leak proof - longs you use the correct equipment especially the dyes to match the incert as they don't mix and match!
Whenever I ask anyone - money's and time is no object what would they use copper and solder instal or any modern day alternative and 99% have said copper and a couple have added with 1" flow and return lines!

We do maintenance on a group of flat-lets that have been piped out in this stuff a few years ago.
Up to now I've not had to do any maintenance on it and hope that's the way it stays!
It was installed because the owners wouldn't allow blow lamps on the premises.
Our plumbing guru is supposed to have some specialist stuff locked in a cupboard to fix it with (I understand that he's actually got some push fits for it).
It's all new territory for us though.
Plumbers who retired of say twenty years ago never had all this new wave plumbing lot thrown at them during the last ten years of their plumbing working life that we have.

"would you let this man in your house'' what do you mean tom? what are you referring to his personality or his skills as a plumber?
