Cheers p.b, tell ya what mate, they look a bit shit they do I went out to a job last year and the husband had fitted a big tall towel radiator in their upstairs bathroom but it wouldn't fill with water, when I checked the airing cupboard it had a thermal store with the f&e tank on top which meant his radiator was about 2ft higher than the water level available, He said to me could it be topped up through the vent plug, smiley-laughing021 |

He's saying on an indirect system the hot water heats the CH water I.e radiators.
Now I might be wrong but doesn't the boiler fire & send hot water around the coil thus heating the domestic water or send it to the rads or both?

I've watched the first part 3 times & he definitely says the ch water is heated by the domestic hot water

The mains cold water goes around the coils on these and gets heated by the central heating water in the cylinder, like a normal system but in reverse, is that what you mean rocky? Im hoping tom gona do a awesome vid on em foto |
