Hi ya stranger!!! Ive not done any lead since college, can remember a lad at college made a lead slate and every thing went wrong with it so he smashed the shit out of it with a bossing stick proper lost his rag well funny!!! We hated lead but it a great skill to have  |

I love doing leadwork, the only prblem is where it is, If its step flashing it means your sat on one leg with the other trying to stop you sliding down the roof, you put the chisel down and that starts going away, you reach for it and the hammer sets off too, Its like a circus act, balancing and juggling on a slippy roof, other than that its super fun,  |

Made a lead skate & did a chimney
Wasn't easy & never done it again

I loved doing lead too. Not done much over the last 2-3 years, still got my lead dressers & tools but sold my leadburning kit.
