I spent some time last week chancing unpaid invoices, The one from the church says, " I've not had your Invoice, It must have got lost in the post" Lair, A church treasurer and he's a fuckin liar, and the reason I know is, I resent the invoice with £50 extra admin costs on, He sent me a cheque this week stapled to the original invoice £50 less,
thou shall not tell lies,,,, smiley-confused002asak2

How do you go on if someone dont pay? Small claims court? Good hiding Phone call then visit If still not paid & they’re cunts or make threats - mate goes to say hello. He’s not like me. People ‘understand’ him. Only happened once with the cowboy last year. He paid. Mate gets a %.

I've been lucky, never had a non-payer. Had a company last year who needed 3 phone calls before they paid. On the thord call I told them I'd sell the debt to a debt collection company, did the trick.

Hi Jamesy welcome onboard. 99% of my invoices are settled by transfer, we prefer that as it avoids travelling to the bank

Yeah i suspect bank transfer is most common when sending invoice but hey cash is king right i get the occasional odd look when ask for cash even when provide receipt but most people are usually good about it bit awkward when its a boiler replacement but i have card reader as an option for them

Hi jamesy , Sorry I've only just seen your post, I'm like PB, tranferes are best because when they go through, they are yours, cheques can bounce and also take 3 or 4 days to clear and like you say cash is King, I'm officially retired now so I'm cherry picking my work, I'm picking the low hanging fruit, anyone who fucks me about now goes beyond the reach of my cherry picker,

Ha cheers tom me likes the idea of cherry picking but still few more years to clear the mortgage so with gritted teeth and a slight over price me sometimes have to pick up the jobs left for scraps but i still standards i.e certain customers can go f**k themselves ( pretty sure you know who i mean ) haha as for glow guy cash is always king till the world stops spinning your revenue theory well cash still gets receipts and in the books ! Keep up the youtube clips tom brillaint mate

You absolutely right jimsy 1893, it will be a sad day, the day cash is eliminated from our world. Im sure everyone remembers the big crackdown in 2011?when revenue spies infiltrated forums? So it is prudent to not shout it from the rooftops and ask others too,👀👀to put it on record i love cash 😍 and i would still do a small job, as an outside tap can lead to a full heating system through recommendations and word of mouth have a great sunday all👍
... I also declare every bit of cash😇
