It really is a tiddler you've got there, when you compare them. Is the jaw on the Todays spanner wider than the other/Amtech one. The Amtech one that I have is right on the limit on 22mm compression nuts. Handy little tool though.

Not a bad performance for a cheapo tool. Jaw on the Amtech is a bit wobbly when it's wound out to it's limit though, but it sometimes gets the job done when nothing else can.

I bet you went in the merchants and they had them on the counter and you were doing your order and that little spanner was calling out to you....... endfeed, endfeed, endfeed.....please take me home with you, I will be loyal and trustworthy.......you then said to the guy behind the counter, "I'll take one of those spanners too mate" TEll ME I'M WRONG ! laughing-dog-smiley-emoticon

Those small wrenches are very good positive feel and fit comes in handy in tight spots All good in my Opinion........

It’s called Impulse Buying, they put them there just for that reason. Same as the supermarkets, all the sweets & goodies near the Checkout. You’re standing there & you think ‘I’ll one of them too’.

Not just supermarkets, Dick. Other places I regularly visit have all the goodies right under your nose.
