I looked at a job on Friday to price up, I arrived at a very nice house with lovely landscaped gardens front & back and the lady had a landrover discovery on the drive with personalised number plates. I goes in the house and looks at all the jobs that need doing and all she keeps saying is "when you quote remember I'm only on a pension" and she was dead serious. Now when I do the quote an extra £30 is going on and if I get the job that's £30 robinhood money for someone that generally needs help.  |
