For us lowly DIYers I'm gonna do my best to spell out what is wrong. And course I might get it wrong.
So first off, he's charging for that! If that's a new rad wouldn't you have specced it a bit narrower so as to make access easier.
Second, all those decades old valves he's using on a new rad? Shouldn't it have a trv one side and manual key/tool operataed valve on the other? Both new
Third, did he add those old ugly valves where the pipes come out of the floor? Shouldn't be any isolation valves And he's gonna leave them there for the customer?
I also saw some of his screws on his brackets had washers and some not.
His level which he said was "great" wasn't bang on level. Maybe good enough but definitely not something to be proud of.
Lsx on the threads of a compression joint?
Finally, if anything does leak, its his fault and he shouldn't be charging any customer the time IMO.
As an aside, maybe you could get in with two sets of grips to tighten those rad valves (using pfte and/or paste on the olive of choice) but hard for me to tell from a vid.
