Pens & pencils mostly. Tools wise not a lot, I find if you have a toolbag that’s got a place for everything & everything is in its place, you lose very little. If you have a bag you just throw tools into, then you don’t know what you’ve picked up or what you’ve left behind!!! When I was an big employer & employing Plumbers, the interview would consist of a look at their toolbag. Old hand-polished Tools was one thing I looked for, if it’s well used & treasured then that gives you some insight into the guy’s personality & organisational skills. The daft cunt that turned up with a bag of shiny new tools didn’t have a hope in Hell of getting a job!! How many did you employ Dickie ? Depending on workload PB, 12-20 guys. The more you employ, the less profit mate. 25-30% would be useless mate, this Trade has always been like that, Guys making up the numbers - useless cunts.

I recently bought some paste that contains PTFE and I'm quite impressed with it (sorry can't remember the name at present). These little blighters have recently become my most lost tool Attachment DeletedI'd put grips fairly high up on my list although I've done quite well with my present ones (over 2 years since I lost a pair)!

Drill bits. Went to my box of "small masonry" bits today looking for a 5mm. Every fking one was 6mm . I know I've got at least 3 of each knocking around somewhere. But where?

Probably torches for me, toby keys too as you tend to leave them outside. Have left a few stubbys by the sides of ISOs in the past too...

I've remembered the name it's "Swan Seal", it doesn't look like a new product though (says it's non toxic). and very good on poor threads. New to me though and I'm impressed with it!
