go to the kitchen sink, its the nearest point to the stop tap, get a measuring jug and a stop watch, most phones have them now, open the cold tap and start the stop watch see how many litres you get in a minute,

the water board has recently lowered the pressure all over the country because of leaks but, you would expect 3 bar incoming mains, The water board are only expected to deliver 9 litres per minute at 1 bar, So if your pressure is 1 bar and 9 litres, the water board will do nothing, if its less they will The time it's measured at by the WB is something ridiculous - like 2am in the morning. If it's a less than 9L/ minute below 1 bar at a "peak time" of usage they will still do nothing. They might as well say we're not interested in your water pressure you just keep paying us the £.
