Technically the whole lighting circuit is in parallel,
But if it’s a local small circuit of one switch it’s in series👍

LOL, sorry wasn't trying to be argumentative ,13 years as a electrician (although a long time ago now)tends to make you pick up on electrical terms without thinking about it - as long as we all understand whats needed that's fine
