whats going on ??

Yeah, the tap is too cheap, but it's the follow on work where I make my money. I think the standard price round here is about 70-80 for an outside tap, so I'm only losing £20, I'd say 4 out of 5 customers phone me for all thier plumbing jobs after I've fitted them a tap so I don't really mind the hit.
My biggest customer is a landlord who originally phoned me for an outside tap, I've probably done 10k of work for the guy since then
