Unless it's specified as dual flow it's probably going to be unsuitable as most taps aren't dual flow.
It's annoying as hell trying to find a dual flow when the sellers don't get it.
Low pressure or 0.1, 0.2 min doesn't mean it's suitable for gravity hot/mains cold, just means you don't need a lot of pressure for the tap to work.
