End feed what was the remedy then used a better quality ball valve, I think p.b is on the money though! I've had a shower mixer before, one side mains pressure other side gravity hot water which passed through the hot side, then up to cylinder/tank.👍👍👍

Many thanks Pb just hoping now,,,, I did not even charge for my work today as I felt embarrassed just hope it works Never feel embarrassed to get things wrong mate that's how we learn, none of us know everything. We all get call backs now and again it's how plumbing is, never be afraid to ask a question as someone on here will have the answer. This is a forum that is made up of very knowledgeable people in many fields. Fingers crossed for you we got it right - if not we try stage 2

Anyone remember; you’re Services have been employed to fix their problem, it’s always the customer’s problem, never yours!! You always need a remuneration to fix their problem, it’s their problem. You walk out the door & it’s still their problem. Never ever, work for nothing on their problem.
When a customer phones you up or contacts you, get a brief detail of THEIR problem & then hit them with your charges. Remember, you’re a Private Dancer, a Hooker. You’re only there for the money.
Of course you do the best job you can, but only because you want to retain a good paying customer & enhance your reputation. You’ll take care of their home, as best you can, because it’s their home. You’ll be polite, friendly & upbeat at all times. Nobody wants a grumpy old whinger in their home.
Foremost in your thoughts is your money, remember the whores & Private Dancers!!!
