If you’ve done it then I hope it’s spot on. I personally have never known tiling above a bath before the bath goes in. But surely if its slightly out from level (and it isn't as far as I know), it doesn't matter because you cut each tile to fit the gap between bath and next row up? And you've got a couple of mm to play with under the silicone seal. No For best looks you go off of a full tile from the bath & work up

Well I'm using large format tiles and the ones above the bath are almost full size so hopefully it won't be that noticeable.
You live and learn but I have to say tiling 3 walls into an alcove with a bath in the way would be pretty hard?

Simple Protect it with a few sheets? Knowing me I'd lose track and the corners would start opening up. I just can't see how I would keep the bath pristine.
