Moving on to something else before all this Covid and lockdown bollox gets the better of me. I can't understand these instructions. What do you reckon they mean by "sits on the inside edge" its shown on the outside edge. and what is that blown up Figure 1 diagram? Are they saying there is a gap between the profile and the bath? A good 10mm to 15mm from the edge, it give the small trickle that comes through the hinge bit chance to fall back into the bath before it runs over the edge.

Thanks WF but its also saying the profile should be up in the air 5mm ? There is silicone below as I've already sealed the bath (maybe that was the wrong order?)

5mm air allowance for the screen seal strip dd? I'm not really that good with instructions either so perhaps I shouldn't have replied .

no, the wall profile sits on the bath deffo not 5mm off.

sounds like chinese/English translation for, ' allow for movement ' , I'm same as Tappy, I just rip open the box, start fixing and when i get stuck, I read the destructions,
