It's for a row of basins all the same taps in posh childrens centre, not sure I'd get away with putting all new in 😯😯😯

Those valves are really similar to Ideal standard valves take a look well worth it ............
Just to say I hate those type of taps in your photo,, very old nothing but Greef

The top half of the tap seems to be above the basin whilst the lower part looks to be underneath - I think I fitted some on a bidet back in the 70s once...very odd things.
