I was wondering what that flexi was doing there and the whole installation sounds crazily complex.
One thing though. On a residential address it is the responsibility of the water company to provide an external stop tap or otherwise isolate the supply on request. Isn't it the same for commerical? Couldn't you get them to do that so you didn't risk snatching it ?
