Had to go to a rental prop i own after tenant complained of leak on the basin...old flexi hose was passing so isolated hot tap and changed the hose...job done.
Tenant had switched off the mains stop cock due to the tap leak so turned it back on..
The cold tap in the downstairs kitchen was fine.good pressure. But the cold taps upstairs in the bathroom on both the basin and bath had no water...I suspect the taps could be knackered ( el cheapos fitted)i intend to swop em over...apart from this is there anything obvious it.could be if the taps swop dosent work. I find it unusual that the taps on the cold on both basin and bath would fail almost at the same time...
