Yes OSB board restocking prices are up by 40% - who's making all the loot I wonder?  ? Cement supply is bottle necked and hearing deliveries of product is for lower strength jobs to keep the trucks and staff employed. |

Prices are up. Materials are scarce
I’ve costed my materials at £840. Probably up £300 & that’s if I can get them
I had a woman this week who broke her pendant fitting while trying to change a build, easy job, cheap fitting to swap, local to me, I quoted £30, she offered me £15. I passed.
How are others finding labour rates?

There's shortage caused by too many houses getting built.
No doubt someone will wrongly say its to do with Brexit.
In any case, we've built houses before and there hasn't been this chaos. I dunno whats going on or where it will lead.
