The girl who bought my house says the boiler trip switch keeps tripping
She’s had the switch cover off & all is secure wire wise
The boiler works then it trips
Switches on & all ok then trips again
Any thoughts as I don’t know
I’ve told her to get a boiler engineer out.
Cheers all

The last one I got like that was the wiring harness was chaffed for the fan.

I’d disconnect the boiler & polarity check the circuit first. A Earth/Neutral short can trip it.
If it the boiler; circulation pump or fan are the usual culprits Most newish boiler GV solenoids are low Voltage.
