Our green bins haven't been emptied for 10 weeks, there's shortages in the shops and inflation is taking off. Next it will be strikes so workers can get higher pay to cope with increased costs.
It's back to The 70s. It's summer of discontent.

All building materials have rocketed in price, Timber has doubled in price!!
With copper tube so expensive, it’s straight down the Scrappy, he’s always got bundles of new tube at reasonable prices👍👍👍

Yes, but workers like lorry drivers are starting to realise how powerful they are now they can't get Jerzy from Warsaw to drive an artic for a quid an hour 18 hours a day. The roads are now probably safer, but there'll be fook all in Tescos. If the drivers got any sense and they can have a break from murdering prossies, they could go out for a couple of weeks, bring the country to a standstill and name their price. Kerching! But the Yorkie eating, tailgating twats probably couldn't organise a shag in a brothel let alone a national strike.

I'm dusting off my HGV licence at mo. Can't see the massive rates of pay in my area...
The only tailgating I do, is when some prick dives into the safe space I have left, and jams its brakes on! They might not hit the vehicle in front, but that 44 ton object behind might...
It's a skillful job Woody, do you know how hard it is to get your jollies murdering a prossie, whilst eating chocolate??  |

Seriously, I take my hat off to lorry drivers. It's a tough job in difficult conditions, and I couldn't do it. Without them, we're fooked - as is becoming painfully obvious at present. Society and our whole economy runs on diesel lorries and the people who drive them.

The Plumbing game is going the same way, skills shortage due to piss poor pay. This industry is now full of poorly trained, brain dead morons!!

I hope they don't start offering free "short term" visas for euro lorry drivers. Make the conditions better and UK truckers will come back. What other job do you need to sleep in your vehicle most nights of the week and then not have a shower or much else till you get home?

I dare say one of our honest MP's have a agency these temporary visas can be routed through for a fee and happens to know a honest Polish MP to allow selection of such of willing workers wishing to pay an enter your fee before travel to the U.K. |
