It's not Putins fault. Our glorious leaders have done it.
Why were so many coal fired power stations destroyed, with nothing to replace them? Why close the Rough facility, which could hold 70% of our gas storage?
I've posted before about our reliance on other countries, and there doesn't have to be evil intent to disrupt our supplies. A recent fire at a french station really strained our supplies.
Do you think other countries will let their citizens freeze, whilst giving us power? I can imagine the outcry if it were the other way round! I can't imagine us being able to though... The Chinese are helping us with a nuclear station, so we'll be ok.  |

Hardly any British owned Power companies anyway, it’s a global business!! Oil is still worth next to fuck all & there’s still huge oil reserves.
Also, we’ve fucking 400years of Coal reserves underground here in Jockoland. These cunts would never hold us to ransom!!
We could easily live without natural gas. Do you know how easy it is to produce Hydrogen??
Id fit a Multi-fuel stove in Puller Towers in one day, most homes in the UK are the same. Shoot these Tree Hugging Green cunts & get the fire lit up!!

We had to fire up a coal station in UK the other day because the tree huggers' windmills weren't spinning due to lack of wind. What a fecking joke.

We're wasting our time. I go to Czech Republic a lot because hoes are cheaper there.   Most flats and houses in towns and cities have gas or district heating, but everywhere else is solid fuel boilers - mainly wood. All the solid fuel houses have huge piles of wood outside the houses. While we're martyring ourselves with scrapping perfectly good, clean gas boilers for pathetic heat pumps - large parts of Europe are still on solid fuels. Our politicians are complete cocks. |
