a guy I follow on youtube is having problems with his plumbing. Can anyone diagnose the problem?

Well, the only moving part of the system, outwith the boiler, is the circulation pump. Which is emitting that noise, now it’s caused by air or shit in the system.......Simple as that!!

It does look like a Wilo Pump. They’re not the easiest to clean if there’s shit in the impeller. The system would need checked as it may need a Power Flushed & Mains Pressure Flush.
Can I maybe recommend a replacement? The new Wilo ERP pumps are excellent.

look at the pump and at the side is another 22mm pipe with a dead end teed off, We cannot see what that pipe is but my guess is that its the cold feed from the heating expansion tank, If that pipe has air in the dead leg, when it warms up, it expands and the vacuum inside the dead end is fighting the pump. thats my shot in the dark, remedy is drain off cut out that dead end and, bingo good post AJ
