depends on your situation wingnut, if you have a particular radiator that is always collecting air and you have tried all methods to correct it, Then use one on that rad only, If its on a combi you have to bear in mind, that the water will need replenishing so keep your eye on the water pressure gauge,  |

They can leak and a healthy system shouldn't really need them.
