yea, they're a bugger for leaking and no one knowing till it shows underneath, thats a problem with these hidden toilets, once you push them in you living in hope that they've sealed and often a drip can take a while to show,,,fucking hate them i do,,,

I got one of those twats a couple of weeks ago and trapped the flexi refitting which then bust and I'm still sorting it out - last one of those pot luck jobs I'll be doing.

I think I've found the culprit
The toilet is all dry as a bone
The shower cubicle however is terrible
I'm going to cut out the silicone
I think Steve wonder did it
Terrible
I'll post pics
Thx for your replies.

Agree with above, especially with a lath and plaster ceiling, but the leak can travel a decent while on some plasterboard ceilings.

The toilet is directly above leak so I concentrated on that but it's s bone dry
Gotta be the shower silicone
That's the only damp I can find

Rocket it would be interesting to see the silicon work on the shower cause the toilet area work looks good and I expect the same installer done both.

Normally when I go to look at a shower sealant leak it's typically been applied by a blind man with a catapult but around the pan looks like a uniform bead on this install. i do find most upstairs showers are a failure because they don't want to pay to have the floor strengthened and the customer buy a cheap product then it's just a waiting game before the leak appears.
