Hello
Custard fitted toilet, the cistern to wall is loose. I had a quick look & theyve drilled 2 holes for screws but the wall crumbled a bit & large plus are loose.
How would you fix this? Remove cistern or whole toilet & fill holes with sand cement? Or anything better? The holes aren't big as you can imagine but I need to re-drill into a solid surface.
Thx all
Rct

It might be easier to fit a battern to the wall and fix to that, whether to move the whole toilet will depend on how easy it is to come apart, if the wing nuts are rusty I'd move it all, If you just take the cistern off you might need to get a new doughnut washer kit,

well in that case you'll have to make good the wall and fix to it, good luck with that one rocket,

Spray a bit of expanding foam behind the cistern and that should hold it in position nice and tight to the wall , saves messing about taking the cistern out and will keep the custard happy.........
