It's a new 1700mm steel and all new tiles and more than likely siliconed to the wall jeeez its gonna get messy!

just looking at the tiles, its not all that old, So its a poor install, probably plastic pipes and flexi conections, with plastic and flexi's there's no rigidity at all and new taps only have plastic back nut,,,

Amazing the stupid installs I've seen like port valves behind cylinders and heating pumps behind cylinders and under floors, water mains buried in walls with just the handle sticking out from the stop cock ,loft tanks so close to the roof you can't change the ball valve...etc etc...

oh so they were't complete wankers, they'd took the flow off the heating circ then fucked it up by not knowing the ' last return rule',,,that's not so bad then,,unless its your house
