We used to have a front door, straight in and out for plumbers and lectricians, They've closed that door off and put another door into the DIY side, So now you have to negotiate 2 doors instead of one, So if both hands are full or its a radiator or big item you're struggling, Plus the table with the books are in the middle of the place so you're dodging round bodies at the table, Then the place has no windows,no incoming sun rays make the place claustrophobic and is not a pleasant place,
I told them how I feel and the staff agree, Some arsehole with uni degree's has altered what was a good store for no reason, Probably a screwfix peter type person a paper shuffler with no common sense,
