Agree with Tom, those taps are at least 45 years old, I recognise the 'C' on the cold tap from the taps in my mums house - we have also lost the 'H' from the hot tap  The ones in my mums have loose jumpers, yours probably will too. |

Bex has watched a few of your videos today Tom, so is ready to sort it tomorrow. They have 4 bathrooms and not one works fully..
It's a beautiful house but hasn't had any work done on it since the 70's when it was converted to a house from a pub..
They had the roof rethatched earlier this year and that was 6 arms and 4 legs costwise..

lots and lots of work to do, like I said it hasnt been touched since the 70's and they have had it for just over a year.
The bit on the left is a 1920's extension, was originally the coach house which was demolished and rebuilt.
