I went to the noisy pipe, tested it, loud bang/crack on all taps. I tried turning off fast & slow.

Turned stopcock down & noise was worse. So I turned it off then fully ok.

No noise, tests for a least 10 mins on all taps.

Not a bang or crack anywhere.

Any thoughts?
