Hi chaps don't you just love it when a custard calls for a quote and goes elsewhere and realises she should have stayed with first option. Had to inspect a bathroom refit my part involved taking down stud wall bricking up window to get shower in and removing tiles gave her a quote for labour only and plumbing She says I was too expensive at £2000 but this was re-piping sub floor and adjustments to external cast stack real ballache to be honest. Any way heard nothing for a week and then the call errrm I've been thinking coz I've just had a quote from local bathroom company and had a quote for £6850.... does the quote you gave include tiles and will you project manage it for me find me a spark and a plasterer... sure I'll do it but for £8000 love! anyway got her off me back Do you guys have pain in the custards like this?

People pay cheap & it's gets done shitty. They pay
Then they call you to sort it out & think you're going to do it for a cup of tea & jam tart cos they've been fleeced

I tell people "get as many quotes as you like that's the easy bit but you try and get them back to any problems which arise for whatever reason once they've got their money off you".
I find i can tell when there telling me what there expecting and the type of products they've bought when it's time to say no, cause both them and their purchase are trouble from the off!
