old dear with a blocked sink, 10 mins there, take trap off, empty a ball off hair out, yuk, I think she washed the dog in the sink, anyrode soon fettled and £60 better off, everyones happy,

Nice...I had knock on door this morning..old dear across rd had a leak on rad valve as plasterers had removed day b4..popped straight over and sorted for £15...thats my little tesco flagon o whiskey treat for tnite
