Had something similar a while back. Get's a call to a leak under a bath, gets there and as soon as the door opened I could smell it. Sticky carpet and only half decorated, all the woodwork felt greasy. I stupidly went upstairs and the bathroom was minging, mouldy, damp and smelly, but I was there and it looked like something just needed nipping up so in and out in 15 mins and 2 cases of beer richer. Got a call last week and was sure I recognised the address, I remembered too late, they were looking out of the window. The hot tap on the bath needed stripping and regreasing, so quickly did it and got on my way 2 cases of beer richer again. I stored their number this time so won't get caught out a third time  |

it was't flushed till the landlord's attention was brought to the fore by the neighbors, The landlords heart is broken, the mess is gonna cost £Sssssss, the tenant is in jail for dealing, the landlords nightmare is, He has to give 3 months notice, when the basterd gets out of jail he still has a right to live there, So the landlord is changing the locks and hoping he won't have the gumption to peruse his rights as a tenant,
be careful of who you rent to. smiley-sad056 nay
