thank you for your recent inquiry about tec tight fittings,
I never use them because for the price of a tec tite fiting i can buy a JG fitting, the JG fitting will work on plastic and copper and if i fuck something up, which I often do i can release the JG fitting and start over, the tec tight fitting is fucked once you push it on, it will not come off, and it can only be used on copper,
I honestly don't know why they are used, perhaps the other plumbers on here can enlighten me why people buy them,
