Done bit of work on 54 mm pipe this week,gona have to buy myself some stilsons any recomendations. Dont wona pay mega bucks or should i?Not be doing lot,best size to go for? See lots on car boot worry they could be fooked..😊

you can't fuck a pair of stillies up, they are made to last, they're bomb proof, go to car boots getr as many sizes as you like, you can get them for 50p, a clean up and a spray with wd40 and they'll be ready to go,  |

also look for chain dogs, you'll get them for buttons too, they are tough as an iron ball, you can't go wrong with the old tools, |

I've got some Record ones and when you need them they never let you down - as Tom says you see plenty in the car boots or market stalls really cheap.

Old un's are the best. Find yourself a old pair stick em in white vinegar for a bit and the brush it off with wire brush take the rust right off, be good as new.
