So, a house we worked on.
The bath is in a crate in the front garden, it weighs 150kg
The owner wants it carried up 2 flights of stairs into the top bathroom.
I've said no chance.
What do you say?

Anything above 25 kg requires(per person) mechanical assistance to meet HSE guidelines. www.hse.gov.uk/msd/faq-manhand.htmso either more people or a hoist of some form Rocket.

whats 150kg in real money ? the old plumbers used to carry cast iron baths upstairs , they'd be inside and put a lump hammer shaft though the overflow hole and crawl up the stairs like a turtle, plumbers are real men, old plumbers are supermen, when the bath was in place they'd pipe it up in lead, az roll of lead pipe wieghts a ton, then they'd put the cast iron stack up, no scaffolding,no fork lift truck, never pick a fight with an old plumber, he'd be stronger than Sampson or dead,
