Someone phoned me yesterday pleading for me to fix a leak in the bathroom before Christmas, I said OK I'll call late morning/early afternoon, So I called at 11.30, nobody in, I dropped a card in and went home, At 1.30 she rings me, sorry i had to go out, please can you call back, No way, I've parked up now and not moving again unless its for £200, Is that to fix the leak, she asked,,No, thats to make a return visit, cash on arrival and depending on whats leaking could be a lot more, she said, I'll ask my partner when he gets in, I don't expect she'll phone back, smiley-finger005

Can't fault ya Thomas, traffic's a bloody nightmare today. Finished work at three and set off home. The journey to work took me ten minutes this morning. Returning took me half an hour.

Yea I'm gonna send her an invoice for call out, £50, If she won't pay, I'll increase by £10 per month for admin and when it becomes worth chasing, I'll sent a team from ' can't pay, we'll take it away',,,,now thats the Christmas spirit,, I probably won't though, I'm far too soft to be a hard nosed business tychoon,
