What was it pb heating not working? They had no water coming out of the taps apart from the mains cold in the kitchen, ball valve was stuck shut so tank was empty so I chucked a new ball valve on job done.  |

Used to get that alot when i worked for dyno plumbing,had shit loads of ballvalves for scrap😎
